Fighting with Gastric in Nepal.

I would like to share my story with you all, the root cause of my gastric problem was over eating and the frequency of eating was too much. I have had to spend a great deal of time over the course of many years struggling to solve this problem, but no one was able to provide me with a viable solution.

Gastric problem in Nepal

When I was travelling in Germany, I found that it was really easy to correct my eating habits because I had the opportunity to eat when I was hungry and ensure that I did not overeat. The Nepalese, on the other hand, have a popular saying-if you have gastric problem you should eat regularly which is also not true.

Eating when hungry and avoiding eating too late at night is the best way to help control your stomach problems. I would recommend that you make sure you eat before 6pm, as it will give your stomach the chance to have a break from food for several hours before bedtime. This will also allow you to sleep on an almost empty stomach so that your stomach acids don’t continue to work throughout the night.
