How to Reduce “Brain Babble”

Everyone in the world are effected by their infinitely chattering brains. It starts chirping from early morning till you sleep at night. I noticed this after failing to do meditations. These chatter are so useless and long they keep constantly going on like something going in a loop.
At one point of my life i said this is enough. Energy is limited and most of my energy is sapped just to these silly babble which don’t even exist in the present moment and they are constantly going on like a FM broadcast station.

So What i did next was to identify my personal “brain babble”. There were few topics like my salary, My Hard Accommodation condition in Munich and Marriage Talks. I just told these things honestly so as to help other people fight with their issues.
Hence This is the most powerful technique which acts on the basis of awareness. The simple reason why this method works is that you are aware of this pseudo babble and as soon as you recognize the babble then it vanishes in thin air. Here is it how you should proceed.
Find your Brain Babble and Identify the common themes
Name those bubbles in your way Like, I named D for salary Brain Babble.
Then as soon as you realize which theme is babbling just remember your code that you gave.
This simple approach would identify your brain babble and then help you to reduce them. Because these babbles turn silent at the moment you realize the babble. This was also one of the interesting fact i stumbled upon which mediators knew from century.
